Q What can I expect?
A A big smile, a warm “Hills” welcome and a lovely cottage all to yourself.
Q How many people can the cottage accommodate?
A 2 comfortably or 2 downstairs/2 upstairs
Q Is there a bathroom in the loft?
A No. Guests staying upstairs need to come downstairs to the bathroom.
Q Is there a charge for using the laundry?
A $6 per load. Washer/dryer.
Q Do you have WIFI connection, is there a fee?
A There is only a fee on longer stays.
Q Can you accommodate someone in a wheel chair?
A No, sorry.
Q Can I check out later if needed?
A There is an extra charge for late checkouts and it’s only possible if there are no guests checking in that afternoon.
Q Do you take all major credit cards?
A I can take credit cards via PayPal only. Otherwise I can take bank transfers or cheques if the booking is 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
Q Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Q Do I need to book for a minimum number of nights?
A Weekends are a 2 night minimum in the cottage. 1 night minimum is fine in the private suite.
